At VikisArts, every piece of furniture is handcrafted to order by skilled artisans in Udaipur, Rajasthan, India. Because each item is made specifically for you using traditional inlay techniques, please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

No Returns on Made-to-Order Items

All VikisArts products are made to order and shipped internationally. We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

• Change of mind
• Colour variation (natural in handmade pieces)
• Pattern scaling differences in custom sizes
• Minor texture or finish variations
• Delay in delivery due to customs or shipping carrier

These are natural characteristics of genuine handcrafted furniture, not defects.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or significantly different from what was ordered, we will resolve it. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:

• Your order number
• Clear photographs of the damage (all sides)
• A short description of the issue

We will review your claim within 3–5 business days and offer one of the following resolutions:

• Replacement of the damaged piece
• Store credit for future order
• Partial refund at our discretion

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

• Item arrived severely damaged beyond repair
• Wrong item was delivered
• Order was lost in transit (confirmed by shipping carrier)

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

We do not refund shipping charges, customs duties, or import taxes paid by the buyer.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. Once production has begun, cancellations are not possible as materials are cut and work is started specifically for your order.

Custom & Personalised Orders

Custom size, custom colour, or personalised orders are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable under any circumstances, except in the case of a verified manufacturing defect.

International Shipping & Customs

VikisArts ships worldwide. All import duties, VAT, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in your country. Customs-related delays do not qualify for a refund.
