At Vikis Arts, we specialize in handcrafted and made-to-order furniture. Every product is carefully created by skilled artisans, therefore please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return & Refund Eligibility
Because our products are handmade and made-to-order, returns are not accepted once an order has been confirmed.
Refunds or replacements are only applicable in the following situations:

You receive a damaged product

You receive the wrong product

The product has a manufacturing defect
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide clear photos and/or videos showing:

The damaged product

Inner and outer packaging

The shipping label

Failure to report the issue within 48 hours may result in the claim being rejected.
3. Resolution Options
After review and verification, we may offer one of the following:

Free replacement of the damaged or incorrect item
OR -
Partial or full refund, depending on the issue
OR -
Store credit, if mutually agreed
The final resolution will be determined after inspection and verification.
4. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items
Refunds and returns are not applicable for:

Customized or personalized furniture

Minor color variations (as products are handmade)

Natural wood grain, bone inlay variations, or handcrafted characteristics

Damage caused after delivery due to misuse or improper handling

Clearance, discounted, or sale items
5. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

Once production has started, cancellations and refunds are not possible.
6. International Orders

We ship worldwide.

Customs duties, import taxes, and local charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or border clearance.
7. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

The time taken to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
8. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
