At VikisArts, we manufacture every piece by hand in Udaipur, Rajasthan, India and ship directly to your door worldwide. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Production Time

All items are made to order. Production time is typically 4–6 weeks depending on the piece, size, and current order volume. Custom orders may take slightly longer. We will confirm your estimated production time via email after your order is placed.

Delivery Time

Once your order is dispatched, international delivery takes approximately 7–14 business days depending on your location and local customs processing times.

Shipping Coverage & Cost

VikisArts ships worldwide including USA, UK, Australia, Canada, and Europe.

• Free shipping is included for most destinations
• For remote or hard-to-reach locations, a small additional shipping charge may apply
• We will notify you of any additional charges before dispatch

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your shipment in real time.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

VikisArts ships internationally from India. All import duties, VAT, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Charges vary by country.
