2. Products & Handmade Nature
All products sold on www.vikisarts.com are handcrafted and handmade.
Minor variations in color, texture, bone inlay, wood grain, or finish are natural and part of handmade craftsmanship.
Product images are for reference only. The actual product may slightly vary due to craftsmanship and screen display differences.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed on the website and may change without prior notice.
Prices do not include customs duties, import taxes, or local charges for international orders.
Full payment must be completed at the time of order confirmation.
Payments are processed securely via trusted third-party payment gateways.
4. Order Confirmation & Cancellation
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
Order cancellation is allowed within 24 hours of placing the order.
Once manufacturing has started, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
5. Manufacturing & Delivery Timeline
Manufacturing time depends on the product category:
Bedside Tables & Study Tables: 10 business days
Console Tables, Chest of Drawers & other furniture: 15–18 business days
Estimated shipping time after dispatch: 6–8 business days worldwide.
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
6. Shipping & Customs
We ship worldwide.
Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and local charges.
Vikis Arts is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or courier services.
7. Returns, Refunds & Damages
As products are made-to-order, returns are not accepted.
Refunds or replacements are applicable only if you receive:
A damaged product
An incorrect product
A product with a manufacturing defect
Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.

8. Limitation of Liability
Vikis Arts shall not be liable for:
Delays caused by shipping or courier partners
Customs or port delays
Minor variations due to handmade production
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total value of the product purchased.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
